Mongolian Training Workshop Triangle Innovation Approach in Technopolis: Local Governance - University - Industry Partnership 13th-15th June 2013 / Darkhan, Mongolia
Mongolian Association for Technology and Innovation of Young Researchers with World Technopolis Association in cooperation of the Darkhan City Governance and UNESCO has organized an national training workshop on the industrial park development from 13th to 15th June 2013 in Darkhan, Mongolia.
This was a capacity building program, which aims to regularly upgrade the knowledge of (future) managers of the industrial parks in developing cities on Mongolia promoting knowledge exchange, establishing cooperative networks among the parties.
Prof. Deog-Seong Oh, the Secretary General of WTA gave the Keynote Speech, and Dr. Yoslan Nur (Program Specialist of UNESCO), Prof. Fred Young Phillips (SUNY Stony Brook), Prof. Byung-Joo Kang(Director of UNESCO-WTA Center for Science City Governance), Prof. Sangryong Cha (University of Nagasaki), Prof. Shiann-Far Kung (National Cheng Kung University), Prof. Eberhard Becker (Technical University of Dortmund) partcipated as the speakers and experties.
The Workshop was ended in a great success with the participation of Nasanbat Sunduijav (Governor of Darkhan-Uul Provice), Battulga Khaltmaa (Minister of Industry and Agriculture, Member of Parliament), Ganbaatar Sainkhuu (Member of Parliament), Khayankhyarvaa Damdin (Member of Parliament), Ochirbat Baatar (Vice President of Research and Technology on MUST), Sang-Chul Jung (President of Chungnam National University).
